For Counselors & Community Partners
Hmong Pathways is a free college-planning resource for Hmong students and families, from middle school through college enrollment. It emphasizes preparation during high school, then connects that work with exploring options, applying and paying for college.
You can use Hmong Pathways in school counseling, classroom conversations or the work of a community organization or cultural group. Its English and Hmong pages give students and supporting adults shared information to discuss. Your knowledge of the student and local opportunities helps connect that guidance to their circumstances.

Send students to the page they need
For Parents & Families gives supporting adults a place to begin without taking over the student’s work.
Hmong Pathways can provide background before a meeting or a shared reference during one. Use individualized school counseling for decisions involving a student’s record, local requirements or circumstances the pages cannot resolve.
